Please be aware that due to LILSPA being a small independently run business, booking policies are in place to help it run effectively and successfully.

To avoid disappointment, bookings are recommended to be booked 4-6 weeks in advance as they are in high demand.

• When booking with LILSPA a 50% non refundable or transferable treatment fee will be required to secure your booking(s).

• If you have a voucher your voucher code will be used to secure your booking.

• Appointments cannot be held without this deposit or voucher number.

• Your appointment will be confirmed in full once your deposit/voucher number has been received - if not received within 24 hours of request the treatment date and time you have requested will be released.

• Your treatment deposit or voucher number cannot be refunded or transferred to another date and will be void if you choose to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Late arrival of 10minutes or more will result in your treatment being cut down or not being performed at all - you will be charged in full for this booking.

• If you choose to change your treatments on the day of your booking you will be charged in full of what was originally booked if it results in a reduced treatment cost.

• Vouchers are not refundable after purchase.

• Vouchers are valid for 6 months and will not be extended.

• In the event that your booking is cancelled by LILSPA you will be given the opportunity to reschedule and your booking fee or voucher will be transferred to the new date.
