*Please be aware that due to LILSPA being a small independently run business, booking policies are in place to help it run effectively and successfully.*

When booking with LILSPA a £10 non refundable or transferable deposit for every 1 hour treatment you book will be requested to secure your booking(s). 

If you have a voucher your voucher code will be used to secure your booking. 

Appointments cannot be held without this deposit being paid via payment link or BACS.

Your appointment will be confirmed in full once your deposit has been received.

Your deposit or voucher number cannot be refunded or transferred to another date and will be void if you choose to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 

I politely request 48 hours notice if you choose to cancel or reschedule your appointment as too allow the availability to be offered to waiting customers.
